Complete home tear down and rebuild

This project was a joint venture with JLC architecture. The property started out as an outdated duplex in a great beach neighborhood. Our client wished to transform this home into a modern two-story single-family residence. The finished project boasts a clean modern simplicity throughout. From the grand pivoting front door with its soaring foyer, to the open tread stair case and the beautiful new deck extension with views of the Pacific Ocean, the new residence is a gem to behold. Sustainable and ecofriendly finishes were applied throughout, including a full solar array on the roof.
