Scope:

Exterior remodel, Master bathroom remodel

This delightful family wished to respace plan, update materials, and their new home in 4S Ranch. We the had a great time respace planning the master bathroom, to allow for a his and hers shower, a custom walk-in closet, new double vanity, and a custom built-in linen tower. We added glamorous details tastefully throughout the master suite to make for a luxurious feel. 

Large family and friend gatherings are a priority to this family, so they asked us to create an extension of their home out to their large backyard, to host these events. We added sweeping pathways for the children to safely ride bikes and scooters, and a large custom play structure. We include a covered outdoor kitchen which encompassed an EVO for its circular shape which encourages the joy of cooking together. The bar was designed to wrap around the entire outdoor kitchen to accommodate seating for many.  We added concrete pavers to block out areas for the family to relax and enjoy. Finally, we added a touch of glam in the firepit for special nights sharing family memories.
